Tricia Lindsay, RP
I’m Tricia Lindsay, a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of The Therapy Place of Oakville. I created this space specifically for couples and individuals dedicated to their personal growth and ready to invest in themselves.
One of the reasons I love my job is that I am able to use my own experiences of challenge, pain and loss, and my own journey in therapy, to help others. Combining this with my training and clinical experience, I have valuable knowledge and skills to share with you.
I am trained in a number of therapeutic models, but in general, my approach is trauma-informed and based largely on the Relational Life Therapy model. Unlike traditional therapy, my approach engages you in an active process that goes beyond merely talking about your problems to setting goals, learning about yourself and your loved ones, practising valuable skills, and challenging yourself and your relationship to evolve and improve.
If you are facing relationship struggles, navigating a challenging period in your life, concerned about your mental health, or dealing with the effects of trauma, you’ve found the help you’ve been searching for. You’re one step closer to living your best life.
Contact me today for a free 15-minute consultation.
Finding the right help to improve your life and relationships can be hard.
You may have tried therapy before, only to be left disappointed by the lack of lasting results. I get it because I’ve been there too, and it’s one of the reasons I do therapy differently.
